  • Battery Pack Repair

    TRIGO performed specialized EV battery pack repairs through a six-step process: removal, transfer to dedicated high-voltage clean zones, disassembly, busbar/connection replacement, reassembly with leak/functional testing, and reinstallation. Our team maintained a steady repair rate of 3 vehicles daily across a 200-car fleet, ensuring safe, compliant restoration of critical EV power systems.

  • Resident Engineering Services for Battery Packs

    TRIGO provided Resident Engineering Services for a German battery manufacturer supporting a Chinese OEM in Thailand. The mission involved diagnosing and replacing BCM CVM boards in HEV battery packs. Technicians performed visual inspections, collected error codes via CAN FD, and conducted safety insulation tests. After identifying issues, they replaced the BCM CVM boards, updated software, registered battery pack serial numbers, and verified repairs through air leak testing before reinstallation. Additional services included detailed component-level diagnostics on suspicious BCM boards through resistance measurements according to customer specifications.
