Real World Results

  • Full Aircraft Fuselage Shipset Source Inspection

A European aerospace company required a fuselage shipset inspection, which led to our implementation of a dual-location program in Portugal and India. Our teams performed examinations of components including fuselage, wings, and stabilizers, while coordinating rework activities. The program processes eight shipsets monthly, achieving a 15% reduction in non-conformities and maintaining communication between suppliers and final assembly operations.

  • FAI Source Inspection

We supported a production transfer for an aircraft components manufacturer, from the US to India. Our local team conducted First Article Inspection and source inspection of cargo door sheet metal parts. Through monitoring and methodology transfer, the program achieved 100% part validation pre-shipment and 100% conformity rates, while meeting cost objectives.
