TRIGO has been handling operational quality matters for decades. We have over 75 qualified auditors in over 25 countries, all sharing the group’s practical, no non-sense culture. Our auditors master TRIGO’s standard auditing tools and methods, whilst also understanding the specific local features of each factory.
We audit the production, quality and other systems & processes implemented by OEMs and suppliers, for ourselves or into our supply base. Beyond single audits, we leverage our global infrastructure to manage entire audit programs at multiple sites and in multiple countries, and to combine this with training and improvement services where relevant.
We are conducting comprehensive ESG audits for a major manufacturer with European headquarters and operations in the USA. Our specialized team of auditors in the US and Mexico is executing a strategic audit plan developed in July 2024, targeting suppliers across multiple industries including automotive, railway, aviation, and maritime sectors. Implementing our ESG methodology, we successfully completed 20 audits (16 in the USA and 4 in Mexico) in 8 months. As a result, numerous opportunities for improvement were identified, supplier relationships were strengthened, and we prepared the manufacturer’s teams for impending ESG requirements.
We provided outsourced internal (1st party) IATF 16949 system audits for a major automotive Tier 1 multinational company with locations across Europe, North America, and Asia. Our team of 6 certified IATF 16949 auditors performed audits in local languages at each location, coordinated by a single point of contact. As a result, the project identified 76 non-conformities and 114 opportunities for improvement. Having taken them into account, all locations successfully passed certification body audits with no major findings. This external perspective enhanced quality awareness throughout the organization while reducing travel costs through the strategic deployment of local auditors.
