During my career as Supplier Quality Executive at major OEMs, I’ve worked with TRIGO for many years, as my main service provider for Supplier Development and Crisis Management. Their greatest strength is the standardized approach, starting from a comprehensive deep-dive on systemic weaknesses, in order to create a solid and detailed action plan for recovery. There is a huge network including all appropriate skillsets globally to drive improvement at the supply base. It is now a privilege for me to be able to contribute at TRIGO myself, with my experience, so the voice of the customer is embedded in the strategy.
We have ensured the inspection of our parts using a quality control system equipped with Spark MultiView and its six cameras. This has not only reduced the inspection strain on our very small parts for our operators but has also enabled us to increase our cycle times by a factor of four.

I've been on a couple different jobs with other traveling companies and the atmosphere isn't always good. You don't run into that with TRIGO. The management is really what made me decide to go full time with TRIGO.

Since the Spark station has been operational, the teams at the factory and within the group have been very impressed.
When we had to merge the two ISO 9001 management systems, it made sense to create a project group. We needed support and guidance during this period, in order to gain the necessary perspective on our original organizations, to be able to embrace the new merged, pragmatic and motivating QMS. We had already worked with EURO-SYMBIOSE on an assessment to bring some of our industrial sites into certification. The operational approach of our EURO-SYMBIOSE consultant, her sense of organization and her ability to listen made us want to work with her again when it came to choosing a service provider to support us. Today our company has been certified, and we share this success with her and all the employees who worked on this project!
Having spent most of my working life in leadership roles in a major automotive OEM, I have worked with various service providers. It is a real leap of faith for an OEM to delegate supplier improvement activities to a third party and, as such, trust and confidence is paramount. TRIGO’s trainers facilitated a very informative workshop which allowed our team to understand the new Internal Auditing requirements. After the training, we were audited regarding the standard; it was our best performance to date! We are pleased with the training we received, and we plan on attending more of TRIGO’s workshops in the immediate future.
