To introduce you to FMEA according to the AIAG-VDA manual, we offer two e-learning modules designed to help you understand the fundamentals of this methodology.

TRIGO expertise

TRIGO is an expert in the FMEA methodology according to the AIAG-VDA manual.
Using our experience in the automotive industry, we have created these interactive training courses so that everyone can learn easily, apply the principles in their daily work and participate effectively in a FMEA session.

Training at your own pace and with no prerequisite

Each module (Design FMEA e-learning / Process FMEA e-learning) can be taken independently, at your own pace and according to your priorities.

These two e-learnings will enable you to:

  • Understand the main changes, improvements and benefits compared to the 4th edition of the AIAG.
  • Understand the 7 steps of the AIAG-VDA approach.
  • Understand the “AP” risk prioritization index, which replaces the RPN, allowing you to assess the need for action on three levels: high, medium, low.

Who is it for? Anyone wishing to learn or refresh the fundamental principles of AIAG-VDA FMEA before participating in a risk analysis session, as well as internal and second-party auditors to comply with the requirements of 7.2.3d) of IATF 16949: 2016.
