1 General Information
We thank you for your interest in the TRIGO Group and for your visit to our websites.

The legal entity responsible for collecting your personal data is the entity that determines how, when, and why this data is collected and used (the “Data Controller”).

This web page dedicated to recruitment and the Recruitment system are under the responsibility of:

The commitments below inform you about how your personal data may be collected, stored, used, and processed by TRIGO, as the data controller for processing undertaken via the “Careers” section of the website https://recrutement.trigo-group.com and the forms for applying to various opportunities within the TRIGO Group or spontaneously.

Smartrecruiters is intended to be TRIGO’s sole recruitment tool. No application will be processed outside of this system (any paper or email submission will be automatically rejected).

By applying to TRIGO, you acknowledge and declare that you have read and accepted this Privacy Policy and thus agree that your data may be collected, stored, used, and processed by the legal entities of the TRIGO Group for the management of applications, recruitment, and hiring within the TRIGO Group under the conditions detailed below (application, profile, and recruitment). By providing your contact information, you agree that TRIGO may contact you for recruitment purposes.

Our goal is to offer you the best opportunities within the TRIGO group.

2 Purpose of Processing
TRIGO collects, stores, uses, and processes the personal data you enter solely for the management of its recruitment process and CV database, as well as to directly inform you of new opportunities if you have created an alert.

This same data, in anonymous form, may also be processed for statistical analysis and reporting purposes, particularly to evaluate the frequency of visits to our site and the recruitment cycle.

In all cases, TRIGO undertakes to comply with French law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, as amended, relating to information technology, files, and civil liberties, and the applicable European regulations on the protection of personal data.

As a Data Controller, TRIGO commits, in all cases, to respect the following two principles:

You are the sole owner of your data that we collect and process in connection with you,
Your personal data is processed in a transparent, confidential, and secure manner.

3 Data that TRIGO Collects and Processes

In general, the information and personal data concerning you that TRIGO collects and processes is proportionate to the situation and job profile, and limited to the data necessary to evaluate the suitability of your professional skills with the profile of open positions.

To apply, you complete a form in which some data is mandatory, and other data is optional.

The mandatory data in the form includes:

Identification/Civil Status Data: Last name, first name, email address, telephone contact details
The optional data in the form includes:

Identification/Civil Status Data: photo, title, postal address,
Professional life data: geographical mobility, language levels, professional experiences, education and diplomas, professional skills and qualities
Economic and financial information: annual compensation level
Data contained in documents that you may attach to your application: curriculum vitae, cover letter
The data collected by the information system is:

Connection data: IP address, log, pages visited
Under no circumstances does TRIGO seek, collect, or process so-called sensitive data (racial, ethnic origin, political, philosophical or religious opinion, health or sexual life) in order to fill a position within the TRIGO Group, unless required by the law of a country. In this case, you would be informed and would have to expressly consent.

4 Creating an Alert to Notify You of Job Offers

You have the option to create an alert on the “careers” page of our sites to be notified of future professional opportunities available within the TRIGO Group. To do this, you complete a form with the following data:

Identification/Civil Status Data: Last name, first name, email address,
Data relating to the position(s) sought: keywords, function, level of experience, type of contract, location

5 Description of the Recruitment Process
The recruitment process can be initiated in different ways:

an application for a specific offer (open position),
an unsolicited application
or a recommendation from a third party in your network with your consent
In all cases, regardless of the method used to apply, you agree that your profile will be integrated into our CV database and will be visible and accessible to recruiters of the TRIGO Group.

1/ Application for a Specific Offer
In response to an offer published on our sites, you can apply by choosing to communicate your Smartr or Indeed profile, by uploading your CV, or by manually completing the form provided.

By applying for an offer, you make your personal data available to the TRIGO Group.

You are responsible for the accuracy and updating of the data you provide.

2/ Unsolicited Application
To submit your unsolicited application, you make your personal data available to the TRIGO Group by clicking on “unsolicited application” on the “Career” page of our site https://www.trigo-group.com/en/career/open-positions, in the “Join Us” section. You will then have the option to upload your CV, or apply via your public profile (created for example on LinkedIn, Indeed, or SmartProfile (offered, made available, and managed by the publisher SmartRecruiters on your Candidate portal)), or manually complete a form.

By submitting your unsolicited application, you make your personal data available to the TRIGO Group.

You are responsible for the accuracy and updating of the data you provide.

3/ Recommendation from Your Network or Professional Circle
To share a TRIGO job offer within your network, you can click on the “Share this job” button: this makes the offer visible on your social and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, or by email).

You can also click on the “Recommend a friend” button: this involves transmitting the contact details and/or CV of a third party who is interested and qualified for the position to TRIGO. It is your responsibility to ensure in advance that this person agrees to the transmission of their personal data to the TRIGO Group. The recommended person will be invited by email to confirm their interest in the position in question and give their consent to the processing of their data by the TRIGO Group.

4/ Hiring
In the case of hiring by TRIGO, your personal data may be used in the context of the employer-employee contractual relationship in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. This data may be transferred from the recruitment system to the relevant Human Resources Department for personnel management purposes.

6 Recipients of the Data
In all cases, the recruitment process takes place between the Human Resources departments, Recruitment Officers, and the Managers of the departments for which positions are open.

These Managers and Recruiters may belong to different entities of the TRIGO group; thus, your data may be transferred and used within the TRIGO group in Europe and also, if necessary, worldwide.

Your personal data may also be communicated to service providers (e.g., recruitment agency, recruitment test provider, etc.) with whom TRIGO works. These providers will have access to your data to the extent strictly necessary for their missions and undertake not to use your data for any purpose other than that requested by TRIGO in accordance with this privacy policy. These providers act only as processors for TRIGO; they will not under any circumstances share this information with third parties and will not use it for other purposes.

The management system for our recruitment process and CV database is hosted within the European Union. People residing outside the European Union should be aware that the data processing related to this hosting will be carried out in accordance with French and European regulations.

You may object to this by exercising your rights described below. In this case, access to our services will be compromised.

Your data may be transmitted to public institutions or public authorities only if required by law.

7 Duration of Personal Data Retention
We retain your personal data used in the context of our recruitment process and our CV database for the period necessary for the management of your application and within the limits provided by law if it allows for a longer period.

In all cases, the maximum retention period for your personal data to allow us to contact you again and offer you other positions that may interest you will be two years from the date of our last response letter/email.

Log data will be kept for a maximum period of 1 year.

8 Your Rights of Opposition, Rectification, and Deletion
In accordance with European Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and the French “Data Protection Act” of January 6, 1978, as amended, you have the right to access personal information concerning you, in order to complete, modify, rectify it, or object to its processing for legitimate reasons.

9 Security of Collected Personal Data
We implement technical means and security measures to protect your personal data and to prevent destruction, loss or alteration, unauthorized access or disclosure, modification, of an accidental or illegal nature. The data transfer between your local browser and our online recruitment system is encrypted via https. Our employees who have access to your personal data are committed to respecting their confidentiality.

The fact that we allow you to access other websites through hyperlinks does not make us responsible for the personal data practices of these sites.

What is a Cookie?
