  • PPAP Center of Excellence

    TRIGO established a dedicated PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) Center of Excellence for a recreational vehicle OEM in Minnesota, USA. Our team of auditors, CMM operators, and engineers implemented comprehensive metrology solutions and control plan software to validate new supplier materials. The team has monitored 97 suppliers, identifying 446 potential issues within the first 19 months that would have caused problems in the field, effectively protecting both the assembly line and final customers from non-conforming materials.

  • Inspection Along the Supply Chain

    TRIGO rapidly deployed a comprehensive inspection program across the United States and Mexico for a recreational vehicle OEM facing cosmetic quality issues. Our team of 27 inspectors conducted evaluations at seven touchpoints throughout the supply chain, including assembly plants, vehicle holding centers, distribution centers, and dealerships. During the two month project, the team inspected 1,438 vehicles across 70 locations, using standardized checklists and daily reporting to identify root causes of defects and significantly reduce warranty claims.
