Our company’s governance includes an Executive Committee and Independent Board Members. The leadership, consisting of 11 members, is co-led by CEO Matthieu Rambaud and Deputy CEO Benoit Leblanc.

  • Matthieu Rambaud

    Chief Executive Officer

    Matthieu joined TRIGO in 2008 as Managing Director of TRIGO Western Europe. With over 20 years of experience in international management, strategic development, and mergers and acquisitions, Matthieu has held positions at Bain & Company and Atria Capital. He holds an Engineering Degree from École Polytechnique (France) and an MBA from INSEAD (Singapore/France).

  • Benoit Leblanc

    Deputy CEO

    Benoit joined TRIGO in 2013, initially overseeing operations in Western Europe and later expanding his role to encompass all of Europe. With over 20 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, operations, and digitalization, Benoit began his career at Morgan Stanley and IK Partners. He is a graduate of Sciences Po Paris (France) and UC Berkeley (USA), and he holds a Master’s Degree in Finance from Sorbonne University (France).

    Chief Financial Officer

    Louise joined TRIGO in 2025 as Chief Financial Officer, bringing with her 20 years of experience in corporate finance with a strong international dimension. She has held roles in the Middle East and Asia in the industrial engineering group Assystem and at Ernst & Young. Louise is a graduate of the ESSEC Business School in France.

    Managing Director France and EVP WEMEA

    Augustin joined TRIGO in 2022 as Vice President Innovation & Strategic Ventures. He has over 18 years of international experience in strategy, operations and transformation at Stellantis and Boston Consulting Group and holds an Engineering Degree from CentraleSupélec (France).

  • Hans Gerd Dunsterwald - Comex-VP-Continental-Europe

    Hans Gerd Düsterwald

    Executive Vice President Continental Europe

    Hans Gerd joined TRIGO in October 2018 as Executive Vice President of Continental Europe. With over 25 years of experience in strategy consulting (McKinsey) and in the automotive and industrial sectors (Thyssenkrupp, General Motors), Hans Gerd brings a wealth of operational expertise from his previous board positions to the team. He holds a Doctorate in Mechanical Engineering from RWTH Aachen University (Germany).

  • Peter Herbaly

    Vice President Group Service Lines

    Peter joined TRIGO over 12 years ago and has more than 20 years of industry expertise. Throughout his TRIGO journey, he has held several key positions including Continental Europe Sales Vice President, Global Resident Engineering Director, and Chief Operations Officer of TRIGO China. Prior to joining TRIGO, Peter worked at Bosch and GE Healthcare, enhancing his comprehensive understanding of global manufacturing standards

  • Emmanuel Marquis

    Executive Vice President Aerospace, Defense & Rail

    Emmanuel joined TRIGO in 2014 as an Aerospace Business Line Director. He has a robust background in the aerospace and defense sectors, having held both technical and commercial management roles at Thales and Safran. Emmanuel holds an Engineering Degree from CentraleSupélec.

  • Frederic Maury VP-Asia- Comex- TRIGO Group

    Frederic Maury

    Executive Vice President Asia

    Frederic joined TRIGO in 2015, taking responsibility for the Asia region. He brings extensive experience in quality management and operations within the manufacturing industry. Frederic holds an MSc in Aerospace Engineering from École Nationale Supérieure de Mécanique et d’Aérotechnique (ENSMA) in France, an MSc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, San Diego, and an MBA from Washington University Olin Business School in St. Louis.

  • José Navas

    Chief Digital and IT Officer

    José joined TRIGO in 2015, overseeing the IT department. After beginning his career in the telecommunications industry (Alcatel), he transitioned to the distribution sector (Intermarché). He holds an Electronics Engineering Degree from Escuela Politécnica de Madrid (Spain) and an Executive MBA from ESSEC (Paris-Mannheim).

  • Elaine Regas

    EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT AMERICAS

    Elaine joined The PIC Group, formerly the North American entity of the TRIGO Group, in 2001. Over her distinguished tenure, she has held pivotal leadership roles, including heading the Global Sales and Marketing team, where she drove growth and brand presence worldwide. Today, as Executive Vice President of the Americas, Elaine shapes the strategic vision and spearheads the expansion of TRIGO’s operations across North and South America. She holds an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Wilfrid Laurier University in Canada.

  • Laurent Tuleau

    Vice President Operational Excellence & Systems

    Laurent joined TRIGO in 2015 to lead the Technical, Quality and Purchasing departments in France. He has 20 years of experience in business unit management, quality management, operational excellence, and digital transformation of operations. He began in the aerospace and biotech industries, holding an Engineering Degree from École des Ponts ParisTech (France).

Independant Board Members

  • Alain Duffy

    Alan Duffy founded one of TRIGO’s North American entities - The PIC group - in 1985. PIC, acquired in 2015, served as the platform for growth in North America, where Duffy was President until 2015. He holds a Diploma in Business Administration with an Operations Management Major from Durham College, and a Degree in Business Administration from Lakehead University.

    Helmut Leube joined TRIGO in January 2018 as a member of the Supervisory Board. He was appointed Chairman of the Board in 2019. He has more than 30 years of experience in the automotive industry and holds a Doctoral Degree in Mechanical Engineering from RWTH Aachen University (Germany).
