Base:

  • Active role in the continuous development of the site's activities, discovering new business opportunities, contacting potential partners.
  • Planning, managing and controlling the activity of the site under her/his responsibility. Planning, coordinating and managing the projects and services defined by the top management for the site under her/his responsibility.
  • Planning, ensuring and coordinating the resources necessary for the efficient operation of the region.
  • Providing a high level and high quality service for the customers; continuously
    assessing the customers’ expectations conciliating with the contact persons,
    keeping professional contact with the representatives of the partners
  • Participating in the business procedures required by the company’s inner regulations.

REQUIREMENTS:

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Technical university or college degree
  • Experience in automotive industry
  • Experience in Quality field is an advantage
  • Experience in multicultural environment and working in accordance with international standards
  • Good knowledge of quality systems
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Driving license (cat. B.) with driving experience

Computer skills:

Quality engineer (Brasov)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Planning, managing and controlling the daily activity and job assignment of the employees under her/his responsibility.
  • Providing a high level and high quality service for the customers; continuously assessing the customers’ expectations conciliating with the contact persons, keeping professional contact with the representatives of the partners.
  • In case of QA problem follow the process of handling the complaint; inform the partners about the procedure, executing immediate actions in order that the practical performances will correspond with the requirements and regulations of Group and of the customer at all times.
  • Conduct supplier audit.
  • Carry out process audits.
  • Implement 8D and other corrective actions, apply quality assurance tools.
  • Continuously controlling and documenting the activity of the area under her/his responsibility.
  • Preparing the necessary analysis and reports for both the partners and for her/his superior and for the other areas of our organization to provide up-to-date information.
  • Making proposals for the improvement of the internal working procedures and our services.
  • Training for employees under his/her responsibility regarding work procedures/instructions and internal procedures.
  • Travel to host location to ensure the product or our service meets customer’s expectation.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Technical university or college degree;
  • 2 or 3 years of working experiences in a similar position;
  • Auto industry or manufacturing industry experience will be appreciated;
  • Problem solving skills: 8D, 5 why, etc.
  • Good communication skills in English, good computer skills;
  • Driving license (cat. B.) with driving experience;
  • Dynamic, strong personality with excellent contact building skills;
  • Customer orientated attitude, business approach;
  • Assertive behaviour;
  • Ability to manage stressful situations;

  • Participating at Resident Engineering projects
  • Plan, manage and monitor the activities of subordinates; motivate and evaluate of their performance

  • Prepare non-conformity analyses, work out actions together with process/production engineers
  • Product supervision/ Control product quality
  • In case of problems with suppliers initiate and monitor non-conformity procedures inform the supplier and take appropriate actions

  • Implement 8D and other corrective actions, apply quality assurance tools
  • Keep contact with customers regarding complaints, PPAP and production problems
  • Prepare PPAP documentation and submit it to the customer.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Hungarian and English (any central-eastern-european language is a great benefit)
  • Technical colleague or university degree
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance and/or in the Automotive industry
  • Knowledge of automotive specifications and standards
  • ISO TS 16949, PPAP, APQP, PDCA, 8D, SPC (Statistical Process Control)
  • FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis)
  • Computer literacy (MS office)
  • Driving license category B
  • Excellent communication, problem solving, organizing and managing skills
  • Assertive behavior
  • Customer oriented attitude.

  • Establish executive client relationships and manage key contact persons, key decision makers
  • Identify potential new clients, business opportunities and persuade new customers to place business with TRIGO

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience

  • University/College education (economic and/or technical degree is an advantage)
  • Romanian - native speaker and fluent English
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and 3 years in multi- national environment
  • Experience in service provider or automotive industry is an advantage
  • Demonstrated executive level relationship building Strong process management skills
  • Leadership and team building skills

Computer skills

  • Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, Word - advanced

Driving licence: B
