TRIGO recruits Augustin Brochot as Vice President Innovation & Strategic Ventures to lead the group's innovation strategy

TRIGO Group, the world's leading provider of inspection, consulting and quality engineering services to the transportation industry, announces the recruitment of Augustin Brochot to the group's executive committee as Vice President Innovation & Strategic Ventures. With 18 years of international experience in strategy, operations and transformation, Augustin Brochot is responsible for leading and strengthening the group's innovation strategy through this new position

 

After studying engineering at CentraleSupélec, Augustin Brochot began his career at PSA Peugeot Citroën, now Stellantis. He joined the car manufacturer as an electrical and electronic engineer and held various management positions in R&D, Purchasing, Finance, Manufacturing and Supply Chain. During his thirteen years at PSA, he undertook an international career for six years abroad, with the setting up of an industrial joint venture in Russia and the transformation of the DS production sites in China.

 

After this experience, he joined the strategy consulting firm, Boston Consulting Group, for five years as a senior consultant before being promoted to Project Leader and then Principal. Initially, he worked in the functional operations practice with assignments in the automotive, aerospace, pharmaceutical, oil & gas and biotech sectors, then in the industrial goods sector practice, where he managed due diligence, post-merger integration and time-to-market projects. In the Paris office, he was involved in the recruitment of new consultants and taught strategy courses at CentraleSupélec.

 

Augustin Brochot's arrival at TRIGO reflects the group's ambition to strengthen its international innovation strategy. He will be responsible for identifying and deploying new use cases based on innovative technological building blocks, developing Scortex, a recently acquired startup, enhancing the value of data and developing new business models to improve customer performance.

 

For Augustin Brochot, joining TRIGO corresponds to his desire to invest in a new project in line with his professional career, by taking on a new challenge.
