By booking a training session with TRIGO Group, the client acknowledges and agrees that reservations are subject to availability and confirmed only upon written confirmation.
All training fees must be paid according to the terms outlined in the official invoice, with non-compliance potentially resulting in cancellation or rescheduling. TRIGO Group reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel training sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, with prompt notification and alternative arrangements offered when possible. The company shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from participation in training sessions, except where required by law. All training materials are the exclusive property of TRIGO Group, protected by intellectual property laws, and unauthorized distribution or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
By proceeding with the booking, the client agrees to be bound by these terms and any additional conditions specified in the training agreement.
