STELLANTIS – APQP PPAP Harmonized v2022 - #CSR101

STELLANTIS has developed and adapted the APQP and PPAP processes to manage the quality of its suppliers during the whole development and mass production phases.

APQP PPAP STELLANTIS v2022 is based on the merging of ex-PSA and ex-FCA standards.

TRIGO has been nominated by STELLANTIS as Master Trainer and Training Provider for this training course. TRIGO consultants and trainers have developed this training course in collaboration with STELLANTIS teams.

Mandatory training for STELLANTIS suppliers: all personal included in the project team and responsible for APQP and APQP-specific deliverables.

This training is also highly recommended for:

• All other team members involved in project development with STELLANTIS
• Quality system engineers/auditors

This training is also strongly recommended for IATF 16949 System Auditors.

The learning technique is based on sub-group work with exercises (including Key Characteristics) and the use of cases (preparation for the APQP Gate Review using a case study file that is completed as the course progresses).

The e-learning pre-session module aims to introduce the course and start the classroom session with Q&A.

The post-session e-learning module allows participants to revisit the course a few weeks or months after the face-to-face session, using case studies and Deliverables assessment. The training is based on the real-life context of each participant, using a personalized individual progress plan.

The mandatory forms, recommended templates, guidelines, and examples for each deliverable are provided in the training module.

Some videos illustrate the APQP and PPAP processes during project development and during mass production, linked to after-sales.

Multi Choice Question test (15 questions) in 30 min + 3 case studies (60min): 60% of correct answers required

Participant folder containing the documents commented during the course and the exercise materials. Participants will have access to E-learning modules with an online application. Training materials in digital format are made available to trainees a few days before the course.

• Have a PC with a microphone, a webcam and, if possible, a headset for greater comfort. Note: background screens are available on Zoom or Teams to blur or hide the rear view.
• Have a good Internet connection, to be tested before the session.
• Be installed in a quiet, isolated place; set yourself to “unavailable” status on Teams; close your email access, and mute your phone, so as not to be disturbed during the session.
• Participants from the same organization should not be grouped together in the same room, but each at his/ her own desk, to avoid any side discussions during the session. Virtual sub-groups will be specially created for the exercises, which will also enable mixed groups.
• Remote qualification/certification exams must be taken with webcam and microphone open. We may also need to check that you are alone in the room.
