Every other year, TRIGO engages its customer base to provide feedback on how satisfied they are with our services. In 2021, we questioned ~34,000 customers that use our services within the automotive industry, from December 1st to December 21st. Understanding how we meet their quality needs, asking opinions on how we can better service them in the future or improve current processes, is the information needed to improve our service portfolio globally. The results of our 2021 survey are in, and we thank each customer for their participation.
