TRIGO for gender equality - 2021

Under the French 2018-771 law which went into effect on September 5th, 2018, the freedom of choice must be upheld regarding a chapter’s salary equality for all genders.
It entails companies of more than 50 employees to realize and publish, every year, a professional equality index composed of 5 indicators. For each indicator, a score is given according to the company’s gap rate.
Following this legal obligation, both entities of TRIGO in France have been audited. TRIGO France, French Automotive Business Line, and TRIGO Qualitaire, French Aerospace Business Line.
 

Once again and following this legal obligation, TRIGO France and TRIGO Qualitaire have been audited. Last year, TRIGO France reached the mark of 89/100. For a company result lower than 75 points, three years would be given to ensure that actions are made to meet compliance. If a company still does not meet compliance after the 3-year period, a financial penalty goes to 1% of its payroll.

This is how TRIGO France performed under the 5 indicators:


•    The salary gap between genders (40 points): TRIGO France scored 40 points
•    The increase individual ratio of the salary gap between genders (20 points): TRIGO France scored 20 points
•    The promotions gap ratio given between genders (15 points): TRIGO France scored 15 points
•    The rate of collaborators who have benefited from an increase in their salary during the year after their maternity leave (15 points): TRIGO France scored 15 points
•    The number of underrepresented employees among the tenth collaborators who have higher remunerations (10 points): TRIGO France scored 0 points
 

TRIGO France is very pleased with receiving high global marks of 90/100, one point more than the previous year. 

 

On the other hand, this is how TRIGO Qualitaire performance under the 5 indicators:

  • The salary gap between genders (40 points): TRIGO Qualitaire scored 37 points
  • The increase individual ratio of the salary gap between genders (20 points): TRIGO Qualitaire scored 20 points
  • The promotions gap ratio given between genders (15 points): TRIGO Qualitaire scored 15 points
  • The rate of collaborators who have benefited from an increase in their salary during the year after their maternity leave (15 points): TRIGO Qualitaire scored 0 points
  • The number of under-represented employees among the tenth collaborators who have higher remunerations (10 points): TRIGO Qualitaire scored 5 points

 

Thanks to an action plan deployed last year to meet compliance as requested by law, TRIGO Qualitaire marks 77/100 !
