TARGET

  • Provide all required equipment, software and tools for the mission
  • Reflash all the suspected modules within the given timeframe
  • Follow the priority of the customer in case of finished cars

NATURE OF SERVICE

  • Reflash activity of communication and entertainment system for iPhone Sync problem (finished cars and single modules)

 

TASKS

  • Prepare the connectors for reflash activity with PUMA tools
  • Prepare the script for PUMA tools
  • Prepare laptops for reflash activity
  • Prepare reflashing benches for modules reflashing
  • Reflash the suspected parts and cars
  • Provide a log file for customer as a validation of activity

  • Working hours: ~230 hours
  • Duration of mission : 6 days

 

TEAM

  • 2 Knowledge Management Engineers, 1 TRIGO Engineer
  • 5 Inspector on Yard (finished cars), 2 Inspectors in WH (single parts)

KEY ACHIEVEMENTS & RESULTS

  • 2248 parts and 349 cars reflashed during the mission
  • Successful cooperation with the customers
  • Customer was able to deliver the reflashed cars to the dealers on time
  • Good teamwork between TRIGO and the vehicle knowledge management solution provider
