• Complex problem solving from failure analysis to retrofit action of industrial PCBAs (assembled printed circuit board)

TASKS

• Review of manufacturing environment
• Technical root cause analysis for the experienced failure picture (CT / cross section / electrical test / function test)
• Identification of the technical root cause
• Definition of screening method (including the elaboration of the test system)
• Rework of failed parts with specific tooling
