NATURE OF SERVICE

• Re-flash radio units on behalf of OEM at four different port authorities along the west coast of Canada and the United States

TASKS

• All vehicles needed to be hooked up to a computer mainframe in order to correct internal computer error within radio units.
• Under dash computer port was used for main contact point to correct internal issue for re-flashing
• Re-flash was successful when radio units displayed the proper information
