Preventive inspection

Preventive Inspection enables suppliers to get to know their manufacturing process better, to recognize failures and thus to increase customer satisfaction.

This type of inspection covers all temporary and dynamic containment activities that are aimed to validate the effectiveness of quality controls in a technological process.

An additional 100% inspection point is added to the existing controls usually at the end of the technical process (visual or measurement). If it detects failure then it proves that the original control process is not sufficient enough and it has to be corrected/developed.
