Technical Rework/Repair

Technical Rework/Repair

Technical rework/repair mainly means a functional rework/repair activity of a single/complex part on a finished vehicle that does not function properly.

Technical rework is usually conducted when a vehicle reaches final assembly in a production process, and the activity may occur at a specific rework area at the end of the production line.

The dedicated TRIGO technician/reworker is always aspire to solve the problem at one point during the production process if possible, however, in many cases there is no opportunity for that because of the time restraint in production.

In automotive and aerospace manufacturing, when a problem cannot be solved on the production line, vehicles are transferred to a specific rework area at the end of the production line not to slow down production.

Several thousands of TRIGO technicians are available globally with specific tools and knowledge according to the nature of the service. Regardless of location, TRIGO operates with local people.
