Professional Experience
Jayant has 14 years in the manufacturing industry and 15 years within the service Industry.
His industry experience has provided the opportunity for hands-on experience working with many Project functions (APQP & PPAP), Production shop (CNC machining & turning, Aluminum foundry, Plastic injection moulding, press work & Screen printing), QA & QMS functions.
With a natural interest working within the automotive manufacturing industry, Jayant is heavily involved in the creation and implementation of the Automotive QMS requirements.
Jayant has rich experience conducting Audits & Training with total of 664 Audits of 496 Clients (1113 man-days of audits), and 289 training programs covering 5280 Participants (714 Man-days of training programs) as per ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and core tools programs.
Jayant has been working with TRIGO since January 2017, and has been actively involved in Audit, Training & Consulting missions.
Additionally, Jayant supports Business Development, Content Development & overall Business Management.
