The training course takes five days, starting from the 9th June 2021, spread across consecutive weeks (tailored to a day that suits you), providing essential information for teamwork and leading a project team. Lean Six Sigma training provides a path for you to help select the right projects at the correct moment. At the project level, the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt will assist you with data collection and analysis for the black belt completed candidates. you will be able to lead green belt projects and teams, completing this Lean Six Sigma training course will demonstrate team leadership and an understanding of all aspects for Six Sigma principles.
