NATURE OF SERVICE
Supporting a tightening defect found on three ground screws located at the airbag box, passenger compartment harness and dashboard on finished vehicles.
TARGET
- Vehicle rework on OEM's parking lot before shipment;
- Vehicle rework at the Belgian distribution center;
- Vehicle rework on all the customer's European logistic HUBs.
TASKS
- Disassembly of the cabin’s components:
- Switching off the vehicle // Complete disassembly of the cabin's upholstery // Disassembly of the trims under the dashboard, door entry and door sill // Disassembly of the side trim L and R + footboard // Disassembly of the gear control trim // Disconnection of the airbag, seat and seat belt harnesses, handbrake, 220V power supply // Disassembly of the handbrake // Disassembly of the floor mats + floor insert// Disassembly of the airbag box protection elements
- Controlling
- Control of the 3 ground screws + tightening 3 screws from the airbag box
- Reassembly
- Reassembly of all components + replacement of seat screws
- Complete control (visual and functional)

- Duration of the mission: 5 weeks
- 142 reworked vehicles (2 hours per vehicle)
