TARGET
- To ensure the smooth production, with the rework and test of the non-conform position of temperature sensor
NATURE OF SERVICE
- EGR Cooling System Rework with Leakage Test
TASKS
- Assemble the EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) System to the selected engine and check the mountability of the part
- If EGR system couldn't be mounted, than the Temperature Sensor was removed and equipped again based on the drawings
- Fix the EGR system with torque wrenches (21,8 Nm)
- The reworked parts has to be checked with a leakage test
