Description
- Be able to prepare, conduct and close an audit in accordance with the requirements of ISO 19011.
- Be able to understand and audit the requirements of ISO 45001: 2018 as well as the regulatory and stakeholder requirements applicable to the company.
- Acquire the methodology and tools needed to conduct an effective and relevant audit.
- Practice preparing and conducting an audit of an occupational health and safety management system.

- The requirements of the standard are reviewed so that they can be applied in practice, but above all so that they can be understood and justified.
- This training is based on the culture of performance measurement, the interpretation of indicators and the analysis of risks linked to activities, in order to use the audit as a real tool for continuous improvement.
- In the Training-Action version, this session includes a practical experience within a host company: this approach enables future auditors to test their skills in real-life situations.

• Overview of the key ISO 45001 requirements from the auditor’s perspective. - Preparation for the Field Audit:
• The framework as a support tool for audit preparation
• Consideration of regulatory and other relevant requirements
• Organizing the field audit at the host site:
– Developing the audit scenario and questionnaire by the auditors.
• Trainer’s validation prior to the field audit. - Carrying out a site audit:
• Conduct audits in pairs.
• Feedback of audit results to the host company. - Assessment and evaluation of the training.
