FMEA facilitators seeking to strengthen their facilitation and leadership skills.

  • This training combines group discussions with role-playing activities during FMEA exercises, guided and coached by the trainer.

  • For in-house sessions, a preparation phase before the course allows the exercises to be customized using the company’s own FMEA documents, and the content to be adjusted to participants’ specific needs (Product FMEA and/or Process FMEA).

The trainer assesses the trainees’ ability to apply the principles and tools taught by using practical exercises / or Knowledge test (Multi Choice Questions)
