This training course is based on the culture of performance measurement, the interpretation of KPI and the analysis of risks linked to activities, so that the audit can be used as a genuine tool for continuous improvement.
- Onsite session: based on the principle of training-action, this course includes practical application in the field, enabling participants to test their audit techniques in real-life situations.
- Open session: practical application on a case study, where trainees alternate between the auditee and auditor roles.
