STELLANTIS – APQP PPAP Harmonized v2022 – Transition - #CSR103

STELLANTIS have defined and adapted the APQP and PPAP processes to manage the quality of its suppliers throughout development and mass production phases.

NOTE: Look at RFQ package to know APQP standard to apply for your project, APQP PPAP ex-PSA v2015 or New APQP PPAP STLA v2022. If this is not clear, ask your STELLANTIS contact.

TRIGO has been assigned by STELLANTIS as Master Trainer and training service organization for this module. EURO-SYMBIOSE/TRIGO consultants-trainers have designed this training module with STELLANTIS teams.

If you have previously been trained in APQP PPAP STELLANTIS (ex-PSA) v2015, this course will bring you up to speed on the STELLANTIS Group standards following the merger of the ex-PSA and ex-FCA standards.

• Understand the evolutions between ex-PSA and STELLANTIS APQP PPAP Process.
• Get an introduction about APQP IT Application AUROS.
• Build your action plan to implement STELLANTIS Requirements in your company.
• Receive STELLANTIS APQP PPAP HARMONIZED training qualification.

STELLANTIS APQP PPAP HARMONIZED training is mandatory for STELLANTIS suppliers:

• All personal included in the project team and responsible for APQP and APQP-specific deliverables.
• This transition training is dedicated to people having performed the previous official training APQP PPAP ex-PSA v2015 training.

• This training program has been designed by TRIGO and STELLANTIS.
• The training method is based on subgroup activities with exercises (including Key Characteristics) and simulation (APQP Gate review preparation on the basis of a case study file that is completed as the course progresses).
• The aim of the e-learning pre-session module is to introduce the course and start the classroom session with questions and answers.
• The post-session e-learning module aims to review the course a few weeks or months after the classroom session, using case studies and assessment of deliverables.
• The training approach is based on the real-life context of each participant, using a personal progress plan.
• The mandatory forms, recommended templates, guidelines and examples pour each deliverable are introduced in the training module.
• Some videos summarize the APQP and PPAP processes during project development and during serial life, linked to after-sales.

• Multiple-choice knowledge test (15 questions) in 30 minutes.
• The post-session e-learning module is optional.

Participant folder containing the presentations delivered during the course and the exercise materials.

Participants will have access to E-learning modules with an online application. Training materials in digital format are made available to trainees a few days before the course.

• Have a PC with a microphone, a webcam and, if possible, a headset for greater comfort. Note: background screens are available on Zoom or Teams to blur or hide the rear view.
• Have a good Internet connection, to be tested before the session.
• Be installed in a quiet, isolated place; set yourself to “unavailable” status on Teams; close your email access, and mute your phone, so as not to be disturbed during the session.
• Participants from the same organization should not be grouped together in the same room, but each at his/ her own desk, to avoid any side discussions during the session. Virtual sub-groups will be specially created for the exercises, which will also enable mixed groups.
• Remote qualification/certification exams must be taken with webcam and microphone open. We may also need to check that you are alone in the room.
• Please connect 5 minutes before the start of the session.
