Description

You are a STELLANTIS’ supplier and you would like to understand how to monitor of the product & process conformity during project development and during mass production.

Will Product Design meet the Customer Requirements ? Does the manufacturing process guarantee the delivery of parts that meet quality targets? according to the convergence plan during project development? and on a daily basis during mass production? Guidance on answering these questions is provided in this training module.

TRIGO has been assigned by STELLANTIS as Master Trainer and training service organization for this module. TRIGO Expert-consultants / trainers have designed this training module with STELLANTIS teams.

  • Identify and classify Functional and Technical Characteristics (CTF)
  • Check the Product & Process Design robustness
  • Identify Characteristics to be monitored (CSE, CS, CTF to audit)
  • Develop the Part Inspection Standard (PIS)
  • Understand how to review the Report of Characteristic Measurement (RCM)

This qualifying training is mandatory for at least one member of each supplier’s STELLANTIS project team (design engineer, quality / reliability engineer, process engineer) responsible for CTF List, PIS development (ex PCP) and RCM

Using concrete examples and one case study performed throughout the training to know how to complete the CTF list, develop progressively the PIS during Project Development and for Mass Production.

Knowledge test (Multi Choice Questions)
