  • COPQ Chargeback Program

    An OEM needed to manage cost-of-poor-quality (COPQ) recovery and to drive supplier accountability. TRIGO deployed technical quality engineers to administer chargebacks and monitor supplier performance. Achieving 100% payment recovery in the first fiscal year, the program became a model for replication, saving $100K annually and promoting proactive quality across the supply base.

  • CSL2 Hose Inspection

    An OEM faced repeated nonconformance issues in hose components, demanding intensive quality controls. TRIGO deployed a 24/7 Controlled Shipping Level 2 operation, inspecting every hose before shipment. With over 330,000 hoses screened and 1,200 defects caught pre-shipment, the program eliminated leaks and achieved 0 rejections at the OEM, instilling trust and setting a new quality benchmark.

  • Pre-Shipment Quality Firewall

    TRIGO implemented a pre-shipment quality firewall for a forklift truck manufacturer in France, performing comprehensive dimensional and functional checks across parts and assemblies. A specialist team of inspectors used a range of measuring devices to obtain detailed evaluations of 7,500 parts and 1,000 sets. The program achieved significant quality improvements, eliminating part nonconformities from 16% to 0% and reducing set nonconformities from 7% to 0.1%, while ensuring consistent material flow to customer production sites.

  • Pre-Shipment Inspection

    An OEM experienced ongoing issues with cab components and a strained supplier relationship. TRIGO facilitated a collaborative CSL2 effort, easing tensions and improving supplier engagement. The team inspected nearly 1,400 cabs, corrected outdated prints, and impressed the supplier enough for them to request continued inspector support beyond the project’s scope.

  • Station Champions

    Facing challenges with inconsistent quality at assembly stations, an OEM needed support for improvement on site. TRIGO USA provided 12 station champions to drive process updates, suggest tooling changes, and mentor operators. Their practical recommendations proved so effective that the OEM extended their assignments beyond the original timeline to continue benefiting from their impact.

  • Emergency Containment Response

    When weld porosity threatened to halt production during a winter emergency, an OEM required immediate intervention. TRIGO deployed a mobile containment team within 18 hours, inspecting 86 frames and salvaging all nonconforming units with rapid reworking. The quick response prevented a costly line stoppage and showcased operational agility under pressure.
