Learn by doing: After a principle’s introduction, the participants undertake a practical project. They monitor and analyze the existing situation, then design, apply and improve the solutions that will enable them to meet the objectives established at the outset. The work is divided up and carried out in sub-groups, which regularly exchange and consolidate the results of their work.

The ability to apply the concepts and tools taught through practical exercises is validated by the trainer.

  2. Practice:
