  • Final Inspection of Rail Vehicles

    TRIGO performed final inspection of 140 rail vehicles for an international railway OEM in France, with 200-900 control points per vehicle. The team provided visual inspections of cosmetic parts, functional testing, and assistance with validation processes. The service reduced quality-related issues, reworking activities, and financial penalties, while securing the customer’s ramp-up program.

  • Pre-Delivery Inspection

    TRIGO conducted pre-delivery inspections for complete light rail transit vehicles manufactured by a French railway OEM for an international operator. One Quality Inspector performed cosmetic quality inspections and dimensional checks before shipment to Asia, recorded and evaluated nonconforming parts, and analyzed defects.
