  • You would like to know the applicable customer requirements according to the CQI-9 self-assessment manual on the control of the special heat treatment process and the self-assessment rules.
  • You would like to develop an action plan to comply with CQI-9.

  • Identify the key points of the manual and the improvements required to achieve compliance.

The training method alternates theory on the requirements of the CQI-9 handbook and application through exercises, followed by a practical self-assessment exercise.

Participant must have CQI-9 handbook edition 4 standard documentations, as it  is not provided during the training

  4. Qualification of auditors, content of the questionnaire and requirements for the self-assessment report

  6. Requirements for monitoring temperatures in furnaces
  7. Requirements for instrumentation to monitor and record furnace temperatures
  8. Requirements of Section 3 (technical) in relation to the applicable tables
