In-company dedicated training:
Before the course a preparation is carried out to:
- Know the company's organisation,
- Identify the different audit "layers" to be planned,
- Define the sector to be audited.
During the course, the trainees:
- Define the future organisation of the LPA audit process,
- Build the audit grids for a chosen sector,
- Carry out the audit in the field on one or more workstations,
- Readjust the content of their initial audit grid based on their first experience.
