TRAINING METHOD:

The training is organised around presentations of the concepts and then group exercises on the essential elements of LPA auditing:

  • Organising audits
  • Construction of audit grids.
  • The process monitoring system.

In-company dedicated training:
Before the course a preparation is carried out  to:

  • Know the company's organisation,
  • Identify the different audit "layers" to be planned,
  • Define the sector to be audited.

During the course, the trainees:

  • Define the future organisation of the LPA audit process,
  • Build the audit grids for a chosen sector,
  • Carry out the audit in the field on one or more workstations,
  • Readjust the content of their initial audit grid based on their first experience.

  4. Performing LPA audits.
