Description

You are a management system auditor in the ASD (Aero Space Defense) sector and wish to develop your skills to become a lead auditor.
You are experienced in management system standards and requirements within ASD.

  • To improve the auditing practice of management system standards in the ASD sector (EN 9100, or EN9110, or EN9120, or AS 13100).
  • To develop expertise in the process audit and risk-based approach in accordance with ISO 19011, EN 9101 and the engine manufacturers’ reference manuals RM 13005 and RM 13009.
  • Qualification as an ASD Lead Auditor.

Internal or supplier auditors

This course focuses on auditor development. Audit case studies have been specifically created.
Recommendations, corrections, discussions, information exchange and learning are at the heart of the training session. In addition, trainer assessment of auditor performance and understanding is focused on improvement.

Results assessment based on practical role-playing and/or Knowledge test (Multi Choice Questions)

Participant file containing the presentations delivered during the training and the exercise materials. Training materials in digital format are made available to trainees a few days before the course.

Prerequisites

  • Already qualified or have considerable experience as an ISO 19011 internal or supplier auditor.
  • Good knowledge of the ASD sector.
  • Good expertise of the main quality methods and tools.
  • Good awareness of the requirements applicable to EN9100 or EN9110 or EN9120 or AS13100 management systems.
