  • Apply effective communication techniques during audits, including the CAPDo® method for efficient interviews.
  • Audit the implementation of ISO 9001:2015 requirements and relevant stakeholder expectations.
  • Create audit checklists, develop audit agendas using the V-model, and implement CAPDo® logic.
  • Formulate audit findings and clearly present audit conclusions.

Individuals interested in becoming internal quality auditors.

This training focuses on hands-on practice of effective tools and techniques, centered around a CORE ACTIVITY of performing a complete audit from start to finish:

  • Either through real-world scenarios (if conducted on-site),
  • Or via case studies (in-class, using realistic and representative examples).

In both formats, participants (working in pairs) will:

  • Prepare for an audit (analyze documents, develop checklists and questionnaires),
  • Interview auditees (using diverse questioning techniques and collecting factual evidence),
  • Document findings (focusing on the 4 key components of nonconformity),
  • Present conclusions (explaining and justifying findings).

Real-time feedback helps participants identify their strengths and areas needing further development.
