Description

Companies can no longer treat Quality, Costs, Deadlines, Occupational Health and Safety, Environment, and Energy as separate or independent priorities.

Having a strong command of each relevant ISO Management System standard, while also being able to integrate them, provides a competitive advantage for organizations of any size, sector, or level of maturity.

This training course helps participants understand the requirements of various Management System standards, including Quality (ISO 9001 and related sector-specific standards), Environment (ISO 14001), Occupational Health and Safety (ISO 45001), Energy (ISO 50001), and Business Continuity (ISO 22301), in a holistic way that aligns with all of the organization’s processes.

Duration:
2 days + 0.5 day 3 to 6 months maximum after training

  • Understand the advantages and key challenges of an Integrated Management System (SMI), and how the process approach is its foundation.
  • Learn to structure your SMI using appropriate integration methods and tools, while making the most of your internal resources.
  • Identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) to design an integrated system that is both balanced and effective, aligned with the requirements of each applicable standard.
  • Determine the optimal level of integration for your organisation.
  • Quality, QSE, QHSE, HSE, SSE, RSE Managers
  • Internal auditors
  • Any member of a management team wishing to build an integrated system.

Throughout the training, participants are actively involved in group activities aligned with their operational challenges. Numerous discussions and consolidation phases (including post-implementation feedback) support the assimilation of shared tools, concepts and best practices. The clarity and coherence of the course structure contribute to a solid understanding of the challenges linked to integrated implementation of Management System standards.
The pedagogical method is built around the process approach, which serves as the foundation for the integration and steering of these standards.
In in-company sessions, the course content can be tailored to the company’s context, issues and objectives.
