Anyone who would like to become a trainer.
Each section of this course is based on our 3A learning model. Participants start with a fun team activity to discover the concept being taught. By the end of this activity, each participant will have understood and adopted the approach, applied it to the context of their organization and benefited from the interaction with other participants. The training also contains time for individual analysis so that each attendee can develop a post-training action plan.
Validation by the trainer of the ability to apply the concepts and tools taught through situational exercises
Participant file with presentations delivered during the course and exercise materials. Training materials in digital format are made available to trainees a few days before the course.
