Description
- Be able to prepare, conduct and complete an audit in accordance with the requirements of ISO 19011
- Perform an efficiency audit of the management system set up according to 9100
- Be able to identify areas for improvement
Any management team member who wishes to become an internal quality auditor within the EN 9100 framework.
The training method used is entertaining and diversified, with the aim of mastering the job of systems auditor by process, in accordance with the requirements of the standard.
The system audit methodology (CAPDo®) is acquired through alternating sequences of practical methodology and concrete application.

Optional day
For auditors who wish to do so, an additional day can be held at your company. During this day, you will be monitored and guided by the trainer through the various phases of a real audit, the scope of which will have been defined in advance in agreement with your company and the trainer.
You will implement the methodology discovered during the three days of training. Trainee auditors receive documentation on the process, analyse it, define the audit trails and audit plan, and then the audit questionnaire, incorporating the ‘turtle’, “risks”, ‘requirements’ and CAPDo® tools.
