The training is organised around presentations of the concepts and then group exercises on the essential elements of LPA auditing:
- Organising audits
- Construction of audit grids.
- The process monitoring system.
In-company dedicated training:
Before the training, preparation is carried out between the trainer and the company representative in order to:
- Know the company’s organisation,
- Identify the different audit “layers” to be planned,
- Define the sector to be audited.
During the course, the trainees:
- Define the future organisation of the LPA audit process,
- Build the audit grids for a chosen sector,
- Carry out the audit in the field on one or more workstations,
- Readjust the content of their initial audit grid based on their first experience.
