NATURE OF SERVICE
- Special Rework activity on nonconforming parts
TASKS
- Define special Work Instruction for Rework activity
- Define and purchase the needed tool-park for the mission
- Manage the training of Technicians
- Special Rework operations (removing noncompliance, e.g., rust, shocks and burrs)
- Cleaning of sensitive parts based on Customer’s specifications
- Final Control of reworked parts by measurement and visual check
- Logistic Support including traceability of reworked parts and granting the smooth material flow for customer’s assembly plant
- Manage and perform Quality Analysis (as a basis for sustainable Improvements)
