QUALIFICATIONS
Being French based company, TRIGO Group has been providing quality control services to automotive and other industrial sectors in 23 countries with more than 10,000 personnel. Turkish site of the group, TRİGO Çözüm provides quality control and inspection services in especially automotive sector, and looks for engineers to be employed in ever growing Bursa site, the specifications and job description are as follows;
-Bachelor Degree in engineering department (Machine, Metallurgical and Materials, Electric, Electric-Electronical, Chemical…),
-At least 2-year experience in automotive sector and quality and/or manufacturing fields,
-Ability to team management composed of 15-20 personnel,
-Fluency in writing and speaking in English, second language is preferred (French)
-Vast knowledge on Quality Control,
-High level of coordination and communication skills, being customer satisfaction oriented,
-Willing to work during flexible working hours, to self-development and proactive,
-Has a valid driving license,
-Male/ Female candidates (Completion of military service for male candidates is a must)
JOB DESCRIPTION
-Manage all units’ activities (operational and business development units) in direction of provided targets,
-Manage his/ her team productively and effectively,
-Perform constant field inspections,
-Submit weekly and monthly reports belong to his/her responsibilities to HQ,
-Ensure that all works are archived accordingly,
-Work in cooperation with other units to reach the established performance targets,
-Sustain constant customer satisfaction,
-Act as a part time resident engineer (when needed)
