Responsibilities:

  • To improve quality level and reliability of suppliers
  • To achieve top level delivery performances
  • To secure Airbus demanding for ramp-up at supplier level, mitigate the capacity risks.
  • To improve significantly supplier’s productivity & global cost
  • Contribute to extended Supply Chain integration
  • To manage overall risks on supply chain quality and provide solution for mitigation.
  • To transfer Airbus supply chain quality requirement and coach the suppliers to ensure application of harmonized best practices
  • Provide suggestion for developing regional supply chain strategy/decision; with maximum utilize the culture advantage.
  • Work as an interface between Airbus and supplier, Coordinate with supplier team about quality, OTQ, recovery plan
  • Management NPI project schedule and drive the recovery plan


Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in relevant engineering major
  • Fluent English skill
  • 5+ years'experience of Aerospace or automobile field quality operations.
  • Expert on quality improvement with all quality tools.
  • Very good communication skills. Project coordinate and recovery plan experience

  • Ability to work in a different cultural environment
  • Ability to train and transfer knowledge & practices
  • CFRP material experience is Plus
  • 6 Sigma, lean manufacture training and experience.
