March 29, 2019, Stuttgart, DE - TRIGO Böllinger Technik GmbH & Co. KG is the new owner of QSSL Industrieservice GmbH, a German Quality service provider. Business operations newly headed by TRIGO Group, the global Quality service provider, will go into effect starting in April 2019.
Mr. Ilkin Bananyarli from PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH sought and successfully found an investor for QSSL Industrieservice GmbH. The investment looks to strengthen existing customer relations and win new customers.
TRIGO Böllinger has been known in the German automotive market as a part of the TRIGO Group brand since 2016. The company has been swiftly growing in operations and company presence in the last two years, enlarging and diversifying its service portfolio.
The newly appointed owner coming from TRIGO Böllinger is based in Bremen, Germany. As future activities occur in Bremen, activities in Felbach near Stuttgart will continue to be carried on by all 73 Industrieservice members.
The contract signing was on March 28th, 2019 where the local court of Stuttgart opened the proceedings and assigned PLUTA attorney Bananyarli as the insolvency administrator. Bananyarli had previously acted as the provisional administrator for QSSL since February 2019.

The transaction additionally benefits existing TRIGO sites in Stuttgart and Berlin, allowing new sites in Fellbach and Mannheim to penetrate the market.
