This training is also recommended for all other members of the project teams: Quality Engineers, Design Engineers, Test and Product Validation Engineers, Industrialization Engineers, Production Managers, Logistics Managers, Sales Managers, IATF 16949 System Auditors.

CONTEXT:

RGPQP - Renault Group Product Quality Procedure - is RENAULT’s standard for managing supplier quality in development phase and during serial life.

RENAULT’s requirements through the Customer Specific Requirements (CSR) ask that a RGPQP supplier representative (SCQR, Supplier Customer Quality Representative) be appointed and trained to the RGPQP standard.

TRIGO Group has been assigned by RENAULT to train its suppliers with the official RGPQP training module.

OBJECTIVES:

  • To know all the requirements and particularities of the RGPQP RENAULT process Version 1.0.
  • Ensure appropriate rating of requirements and deliverables in the APQP Grid. Know the roles and responsibilities between suppliers and RENAULT, and between RENAULT teams.
  • Discover the Supplier Portal and SI RGPQP application.
  • Build an action plan to apply the new requirements.

PREREQUISITES:

Have completed general training in APQP and PPAP processes - or have experience of APQP.

SPECIFIC OPERATING CONDITIONS FOR REMOTE SESSIONS:

  • Have a PC with a microphone, a webcam and, if possible, a headset for greater comfort. Note: background screens are available on Zoom or Teams to blur or hide the rear view.
  • Have a good Internet connection, to be tested before the session.
  • Be installed in a quiet, isolated place ; set yourself to “unavailable” status on Teams ; close your email access, and mute your phone, so as not to be disturbed during the session.
  • Participants from the same organization should not be grouped together in the same room, but each at his/ her own desk, to avoid any side discussions during the session. Virtual sub-groups will be specially created for the exercises, which will also enable mixed groups.
  • Remote qualification/certification exams must be taken with camera and microphone open. We may also need to check that you are alone in the room.
  • Please connect 5 minutes before the start of the session.

TRAINING METHOD:

This training program was designed by RENAULT.

The training is based on activities in sub-groups with exercises (including the Key Characteristics) and role-playing (preparation to achieve the RGPQP milestones based on a case-study file that is completed as the course progresses).
