CUSTOMER

• Japanese Automotive OEM Engine Assembly and Machining Plant – 4,6,8 Cylinder Engines

TARGET

• Work with OEM and supplier personnel to contain identified defects and rework product when directed by utilizing validated and approved methods

NATURE OF SERVICE

• Contain and rework defective engines and machining parts

TASKS

• Purchased and installed ergonomic inspection stations with proper lighting
• These tables allow us to track and record data
• Inspect parts to be used for the engines manufacturing before their arrival on the production lines
• The inspection can also take place during the assembly, on production lines 
• Contain the non-conformed parts
