TARGET

• Final static and dynamic evaluation of vehicles in order to ensure defect-less vehicles before hand over to media drive event

NATURE OF SERVICE

• Run in of vehicles before media drive event

TASKS

Static evaluation of vehicles based on "care takeover/return sheet" prepared by TRIGO and approved by OEM:

• visual inspection of whole vehicle for damages
• check availability of equipment

Dynamic evaluation of vehicles based on "traceability sheet“ prepared by TRIGO and approved by OEM:

• Engine performance (jerking, engine power – performance)  
• Gear-box performance (difficult, easy gear shifting)
• Steering system (vibrations, angle of steering wheel...) 
• Side pulling (car move left/right without steering) 
• Power windows operation (functionality, noise...)  
• Brakes (noise, vibrations, action)  
• External mirrors (functionality, vibrations )
• Cluster board (lighting...)
• Clutch performance only in MT (handling, noise...) 

Daily reporting about problems and progress of drive test
