APQP and Launch services

APQP and Launch services

APQP methods have been utilized by TRIGO in the automotive industry for more than 20 years. Thanks to the tools efficiency, TRIGO has modified the APQP solution and adapted it to meet the aerospace industry needs within the framework of continuous improvement.

APQP, as an innovative method, defines the rules to develop new-generation product plans to satisfy customer requirements, including all steps from proposition, feasibility proposal to final test and product delivery.

APQP’s main advantage is flexibility, as it allows to implement corrective actions in every step, and to develop and implement quality control measures when discovered risks have not been reduced efficiently.

TRIGO’s APQP specialists—with more than 20 years of experience in the automotive and aerospace industries—have the know-how to anticipate product launch risks, and to offer flexible solutions on a global scale. As TRIGO provides central management services within APQP, the customer can closely monitor each production process planning project.

Global APQP and communication management services are developed to save much of the client’s time to focus on prototype planning, mass production, and nonconformity handling.

TRIGO is specialized in manufacturing process planning, however, is competent to cover your whole APQP process too.

New product introduction or transfer projects are setting constraints and blocks and demand extraordinary know-how, resource and time. TRIGO is able to support both customers and their suppliers in a smooth project launch to meet the project’s quality and timing goals.

By conducting an advanced project support, TRIGO is actively participating in the client’s APQP process, by giving support in process establishment and verification, PPAP part validation and structured improvement.

During conducting a project launch support, TRIGO experts can set up a coordinated frame of activities, including supplier assessment, gap analysis at customer, containment center.

Client’s benefits (service-specific)

  • Structured, TRIGO-made frame of project launch
  • Bridging the peaks of resource demands
  • Comprehensive APQP and PPAP support (quality planning, process establishment, testing and validation, measurement)
  • Smooth product launch (and proactive containment)

Launch program support

The launch support can be conducted simultaneously at the customer’s- and supplier’s site to coordinate and control the entire process.

During launch phase, there is an extra resource need both from the customer and the supplier that is usually not planned in headcount. TRIGO can cover this extra need.

Multi-site launch program is a project coordination support service designed to hold cooperative sites on different locations in one hand.

TRIGO can represent the customer in different locations with local professional support at the same time, providing full management of the project.

Additionally, consultancy services are also available regarding manufacturers’ production launch processes.
